What we ask of you

In order to work as an SPNL associate we stipulate the following conditions:

You have demonstrable expertise and experience in the field of ECM and/or BPM.

You are capable of carrying out ECM/BPM assignments as independent consultant/project leader during which you can shift between the user organizations and management.

The willingness to exclusively work for SPNL in the ECM and/or BPM market. In other specializations you are free to operate under your own name or carry out other associate programs.

You have your own network where you – using the Strategy Partners label and support – see chances to bring in new ECM or BPM assignments. In those cases where you are capable of acquiring new assignments that lead to employing SPNL employees or third parties on your own accord we will reward you with a bonus construction (percentage of the realized turnover).

For your associate ‘membership’ we ask only a small financial donation (per assignment) and in return you will have SPNL support.
