Strategy Partners’ unique approach guarantees a result that will contribute to the trading results within a few months. First of all Strategy Partners will conduct an in-depth interview with the organization in order to get a view of the type of organization which will be a suitable match. Finding partners is not an activity where the client is presented with a list of names and telephone numbers of potential partners. This service makes sure that the client only gets a list of two or three companies. These companies also put their faith in Strategy Partners’ expertise in bringing together partners and reaching a partner contract.

The moment that Strategy Partners get back to the client with possible candidates you can be sure that the preparation has been thorough and you may assume that a successful cooperation will follow. During the qualification of finding suitable partners not only the willingness to accept the client’s portfolio will be assessed but also:

  • The culture in both organizations;
  • The other services or products that are already offered and whether or not they may conflict;
  • The possibility of the client’s support with regard to sales and product;
  • The available and required knowledge.
