We carry out this quality audit at several stages of the ECM project. At the start of the project we will assess the process of project management and set up. In the course of the project we will assess whether the set demands or aimed goals will be achieved. When necessary we will give ad hoc advice, e.g. to validate a solution that is offered by a supplier. Prior to an implementation we will carry out a check to determine whether project suppliers, management and/or user organization are sufficiently capable of going live. At the end of the project we will evaluate the entire project and will formulate points of improvement and next steps.

In response to your tender for an ECM product we will supply the input on requirement level or conduct a survey assessing your demands. Strategy Partners have a very extensive database of requirements which can immediately be employed in translating your wishes and demands into a contract document; based on that we will put together a shortlist of potential candidates. Companies you will address will immediately be assessed for their service regarding your needs. Within the government we have contributed with regard to content and process in determining ECM contract documents; both for product contracts and contracts aimed at ECM service providers.
