Strategy Partners have employees in the Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France and Sweden. Internationally Strategy Partners work with a network of associates.

Experience in the Netherlands

Strategy Partners Nederland has been an independent company within the European Strategy Partners group of enterprises for four years now. The current partners are Hans Kaashoek, Hans Vlak, Fred van Setten, Jip van der Valk en Oscar Dubbeldam, each with at least 15 years of experience in this field and with a treasure of knowledge and experience regarding strategic projects in the world of Enterprise Content Management and everything that is closely related to this; both on the suppliers’ side and the users’ side of the market. Moreover, Strategy Partners Nederland has several Associates who operate projects under Strategy Partners’ flag thanks to their specific expertise or market knowledge. In the field of Document Communication and Output Management solutions and market strategies Oscar Dubbeldam has committed himself exclusively to Strategy Partners.

In order to substantiate the services with concrete market information Strategy Partners employ a group of market analysts who conduct fundamental market research, both for the standard Strategy Partners initiated market research and for specific research for clients.

Partners

Within Strategy Partners a partner is the one who is a professional standard bearer for one or more ECM or BPM specialisms and change capabilities. As per 1 January 2009 Strategy Partners Nederland has five partners who, together, guarantee excellent service and project management.

A partner in our organization has at least 15 years of demonstrable experience in the world of ECM or BPM. This is often combined with strategic consultancy skills with the possibility to also manage or monitor complex ECM programs and projects. A partner will, at regular intervals, write articles about his expertise and will speak on renowned forums. Toward associates and employees he will function as task manager and coach.
